About Manoj Haridas

With over 12 years of experience working in software companies and digital agencies in India and the UAE, I am a creative and innovative designer who operates at the intersection of brand strategy, creativity, and technology. As a creative leader, problem solver, and multimedia specialist, I specialize in graphic design, creative videos, web design, digital marketing, and multimedia design. Throughout my career, I have created brand communications across various mediums, including TV, press, posters, radio, online, social media, digital experiential, mobile apps, product and service innovation, digital retail, and gaming, among others. My work has been recognized and awarded at various shows and events.

Previously, I worked as a Multimedia Designer for a company in the UAE, where I improved their brand and promotional activities across different platforms. I strongly believe that brand-building in the post-digital world is about impactful, insight-driven brand communications and delightful, user-centric digital experiences. Currently, I am based in Bangalore, India, working as a Creative Designer.

Goals

I’m always looking for self-improvement and I’m willing to experiment new possibilities of design expression through any process of creative design, from traditional techniques to digital ones, searching for real and tough challenges that can squeeze out the best of me for the clients I work for, pushing my limits over and over again. And last, but not least, to enjoy my life.

Organizational skills

I developed and improved my organizational skills, leading a highly creative team of graphic designer sand work together with the development team. The challenge was to be able to coordinate and supervise the art department in order to keep high standards of execution and concept within given amount of time.
